Privro AI provides transcription, subtitle, voice, and related tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the product useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, specific results, or error-free output.
Accuracy of AI features
Captions, transcripts, voiceovers, and exports can contain mistakes. Language models and speech systems misspeak, drop words, and invent phrasing. Review and edit anything you publish or rely on.
Your content and rights
You are responsible for the media and text you bring into the service. Make sure you have the rights to use that material and that your use complies with law. We are not responsible for copyright, privacy, or other claims tied to content you upload or generate.

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Use the tools for content creation only, and get qualified advice when your situation needs it.
Third-party services
We use services such as Google Analytics for traffic data, and we may add Microsoft Clarity later. Paid checkout, when available, runs through Polar. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for outages or decisions they make outside our control.

To the maximum extent allowed under the laws of India, Privro AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Some consumer rights cannot be waived; this disclaimer does not limit those rights.
