Agreement

These terms cover your use of Privro AI websites and tools at https://privro.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Privro AI provides

Privro AI offers video and audio tools such as transcription, subtitles, and text-to-speech. Some features run in your browser on your device. Other features may send media to our servers for processing when you choose a cloud path.

Local features may be free to use without an account. Paid subscriptions and credit packs may be offered later through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for those purchases.

Accounts

If you create an account, you must give accurate details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break applicable law or upload content you have no right to use
• Try to disrupt, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal use
• Reverse engineer the service except where law allows
• Misrepresent your identity or the source of your media

We may suspend or end access if you misuse the service or break these terms.

Your content and uploads

You keep ownership of media and text you provide. You grant us a limited license to store and process that material only as needed to run the features you request.

When you upload media for cloud transcription, we store it long enough to finish the job, then delete it about one hour after transcription completes. You are responsible for backing up anything you need to keep.

AI output

Transcripts, captions, voices, and related output can be wrong or incomplete. Check important results yourself. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Intellectual property

The Privro AI name, site design, and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of our brand or code. You may use the service as provided for its intended purpose.

Paid plans

When subscriptions or credits go live, pricing, renewal, and refunds will follow the checkout terms shown at purchase and our Refund Policy. Payments for paid products are handled by Polar.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from your use of the tools. See also our Disclaimer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
