Who we are

Privro AI (“we”, “us”) runs privacy-minded video tools at https://privro.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. Contact: aiprivro@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account and login data: details you give when you sign up or sign in (such as email and authentication identifiers).
• Media you upload for cloud processing: audio or video files you send to our servers when you use a cloud transcription path.
• Analytics: site usage data through Google Analytics. We may add Microsoft Clarity later for session analytics.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, or error details needed to run and secure the service.
• Payment data (when paid plans launch): Polar processes payments as merchant of record. We receive order and subscription status needed to unlock paid features. Card details stay with Polar and its payment partners.

Local tools

Features that run fully in your browser keep your files on your device. Those local paths do not upload media to our servers unless you choose a cloud option.

How we use data

• Provide accounts, tools, and customer support
• Process cloud transcription and related jobs you start
• Measure site traffic and improve the product
• Handle paid subscriptions and credits when those products exist
• Meet legal obligations and keep the service secure

How long we keep it

• Cloud media uploads: deleted about one hour after transcription finishes.
• Account data: kept while your account stays open, then deleted or anonymized when you ask us to close it, unless law requires a longer hold.
• Analytics: kept according to Google Analytics (and Clarity, if we enable it) settings and our need to understand usage.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google Analytics for traffic measurement
• Microsoft Clarity, if we turn it on later
• Polar, for checkout and subscriptions when paid plans launch
• Service providers who host or operate the product under contract
• Authorities when Indian law requires disclosure

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tech for analytics and basic site function. Details live in our Cookie Policy. You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or customize categories in the banner, and change preferences later via Cookie settings in the footer.

Your rights (India)

Under applicable Indian law, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no remaining need or legal duty to keep it. Email aiprivro@gmail.com with the request and enough detail for us to find your account.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect data. No online system is risk-free. Do not upload material you cannot afford to expose if something goes wrong.

Children

The service is not aimed at children under 18. Do not create an account for a minor without a parent or guardian acting for them where required by law.
